They've tallied 22 goals this season and lead the conference in points per game, averaging 5.08 across 12 matches. Six Wildcats have scored three or more goals, led by senior midfielder Brynlee Meyerhoffer with four. - Idaho State enters its second week of Big Sky action still searching for its first conference win of the season. The Bengals hold a 3-5-3 overall record and are 0-1-1 in Big Sky play following a scoreless draw with Idaho and a 2-0 loss to Eastern Washington last weekend. Idaho State has scored 11 goals this season, but just two have come in its last five matches—both in a 2-1 win over UNLV on Sept. 18. The Bengals have been shut out in four of their last five games, falling to Wyoming, North Dakota, Idaho, and Eastern Washington. Senior midfielder Mary Za and redshirt junior midfielder/forward Saydree Cooke lead the team with seven points each. Freshman goalkeeper Hannah Wieler has recorded three shutouts this season and enters the weekend with a 3-5-3 record and a 1.20 goals-against average.

LAST TIME OUT – ON THE ROAD IN UTAHÂ

BATTLE OF THE BRIDGESÂ
- The Vikings earned a thrilling 1-1 draw against crosstown rival Portland at Hillsboro Stadium on Sept. 13—marking their first non-loss result in the all-time series.

KEY CONTRIBUTORS
- Portland State's eight goals this season have come from seven different players, with five individuals also recording assists.
- Ocean Rideout leads the Vikings with two goals (four points) this season, putting six of her ten shot attempts on target for a .600 shots-on-goal percentage—netting two of those chances.
- Underclassmen trio Aliayha Saldana (So.), Sydney Spotts (So.) and Bianca Potesta (Fr.) are the only Vikings to record both a goal and an assist this season, each entering conference play with three points
- Saldana leads the Vikings with 15 shot attempts (7 shots on-goal), recording a career high seven shots in the 2-1 victory over Western Oregon on Aug. 24
- Sarabia is the only Viking to have played all 90 minutes in every match this season (720 minutes played)
O SO CLUTCH

- She has scored in each of her four seasons at PSU, totaling 17 career points (8 goals, 1 assist), including four game-winners.
- Four of her last five strikes have come in the final five minutes of regulation, including two heroic goals in the 89th minute (9/22/23 vs. UNC; 9/13/25 vs. UP).
SECOND-HALF SUCCESS
- Aside from Rideout's late-match heroics, the Vikings have consistently been a second-half team—scoring 31 of their 40 goals (78%) in the second half across the 2023 and 2024 seasons, including 11 of 13 goals (85%) in 2024.
- They've been especially dangerous late in games, with the game-winning goal scored in the final 30 minutes in 9 of their last 13 victories.
- The second-half scoring trend carried into 2025, as four of PSU's first five goals came after halftime (80%).
- However, the Vikings flipped the script during their trip to Utah two weekends ago, scoring all three goals across those two matches in the first half.
LOTS OF LIV

- She has gone the full 90/110 minutes in 37 of her last 39 matches played, a streak that includes 38 consecutive starts

BETWEEN THE POSTSÂ
- Redshirt sophomore Finley Crabtree (1-2-1) and redshirt junior Natalie Cunningham (0-3-1)Â have split time in goal this season, combining for 35Â saves across eight matches.
- Both rank in the Big Sky's top five for saves per game—Crabtree is fourth (4.50), and Cunningham is fifth (4.25).
- Crabtree has started three consecutive matches, recently recording a career high seven saves in the Vikings' 2-1 loss at Utah Tech (9/19). Earlier this season she earned the win against Western Oregon (8/24) and played a pivotal role in the 1-1 draw with Portland (9/13).Â
- Cunningham delivered a season-best performance against CSUN (9/4), matching her career high 10 saves.
