Their season opener ended in thrilling fashion, when Ocean Rideout netted the game-winner with less than two minute to play, resulting in a 2-1 win over Northern Colorado. On Sunday, the Vikings hosted the preseason Big SKy favorite Northern Arizona Lumberjacks, playing to a 0-0 tie.

Her first career brace came against the Highlanders on Friday, netting the game-winning goal in the 83rd minute before adding another in the 85th. Millan has tallied 15 saves in four appearances, earning her first win over Northern Colorado. Cunningham (3-3-0) has 30 saves in seven appearances, allowing eight goals.
