Kelli Valentine layup gave Portland State the lead for good at the 17:31 mark of the first half.
Portland State eventually pushed its lead to as much as 18 points at 33-15, but the Warriors were able to get within nine, 38-29, as Kayla Shaughnessy hit a jump shot right before the halftime buzzer.
Coming out of the break the Vikings scored the first seven points and Corban never threatened again.
