A three-week run up to the Big Sky Conference Golf Championship begins next week for the Portland State Vikings. PSU will compete in the Fresno State Classic on Mar. 31-Apr. 1 at Copper River Country Club in Fresno.
Following that event, PSU travels to the Bobcat Desert Classic, Apr. 7-9 in Goodyear, AZ (Golf Club of Estrella), then the Big Sky Championship, Apr. 14-16, in Litchfield, AZ (Wigwam Golf Club).
The Vikings have been off a little more than a month since their last tournament. However, all the competitive reps leading up to the Big Sky Championship should be beneficial.
The Fresno State Classic will include eight teams, among them Big Sky foe Weber State. Copper River Country Club is a 6,276-yard, par-72 course.

Graduate student
