Portland State's men's basketball's game scheduled for Friday against Simpson University has been cancelled. Simpson, located in Redding, CA, is unable to travel to Portland due to the weather-related closure of Interstate 5.
 
The game was a non-conference contest added to PSU's open week in Big Sky Conference play.
 
Portland State returns to Big Sky play next Thursday (7:05 p.m.) and Saturday (12:05 p.m.) when it hosts the University of Montana at Viking Pavilion.
