The Vikings responded with four runs of their own in the fourth.
Paetynn Lopez notched the first RBIs of the day for PSU, scoring

Grey did the same in the final frame, shutting down the RMU offense to improve to 7-1 on the season and clinch the 6-2 victory.
The Vikings tallied seven hits in the opening game, three of those coming from Lopez. Grey pitched a complete seven innings, allowing six hits and one earned run with ten strikeouts.
In game two, Robert Morris used a grand slam to jump out to a 5-0 lead. The Vikings took advantage of a Colonial error in the bottom of the first to score their only run of the game.
RMU added to its lead in the third, scoring three runs off of three hits. The Vikings couldn't mount a rally in the final innings as the Colonials walked away with the 8-1 win.
Annie Lemos was solid on the rubber for the Vikings in the final four innings. The freshman held the Colonials scoreless while limiting them to just three hits. Only four Vikings recorded a hit in the final game.
