Portland State Football Coach Bruce Barnum was a guest on CSN Sports Talk Live on Wednesday night on Comcast Sports Net. Host Brooke Olzendam got to know Coach Barnum, what makes him tick, and asked about how he does business as a football coach. When asked to describe himself, Barnum said, "I'm like moss… I grow on you."

CSN Sports Talk Live airs on Wednesday nights at 7 p.m. on channel 737 on Comcast systems. A future episode will include Portland State quarterback Alex Kuresa and kicker Jonathan Gonzales teaching Olzendam some football skills.
The Barnum interview is just a tease of what is to come for Portland State football in 2016. The Vikings were recently picked to place second in the Big Sky Conference in a preseason poll of league coaches. They open fall practice on Aug. 8 and host Central Washington in a season opener on Sept. 3.
