The Portland State Cheer Squad finished in 3rd Place at USA Nationals this past weekend in the Large CO-ED division. Only 1.7 points seperated 1st place from 3rd place.  USA Nationals, held in Anahiem, CA features some of the best cheer teams from United States as well as from Canada.

This was Portland State's second apperance at USA Nationals and marked the best finish by a Viking Cheer Squad at any national competition in school history.  The squad is coached by Kenny Dow.
