PORTLAND, Ore. - The Portland State softball team is gearing up for a memorable final weekend at Gordon Faber Field 4, as they prepare to host co-leader Northern Colorado in a pivotal three-game series to determine the regular season Big Sky champion. Amidst the high stakes, the weekend will feature a lineup of special events, including Alumni Day, Senior Day, and various fan promotions.

The series, presented by University Pointe Apartments, will open with a 4 p.m. doubleheader on Friday, April 26th followed by a single game on Saturday, April 27th at 2:00 p.m in Hillsboro.

On Friday, Alumni Day will be celebrated with an on-field ceremony between games, honoring all alumni in attendance.The weekend will wrap up with Senior Day on Saturday, as the Vikings pay tribute to their nine-member senior class on the field immediately following the 2 p.m. series finale. As part of Fan Appreciation Weekend, the first 100 fans in attendance each day will receive free Portland State giveaways. Additionally, free pizza will be provided at 6 p.m. during Friday's doubleheader. 

In the event of excessive rain this weekend, the games will be relocated to Hillsboro Stadium's turf field across the street from Gordon Faber Field. Check goviks.com for updates.
