Portland State Athletics will once again host a Teddy Bear Toss at its Dec. 7 Men's Basketball game against the Denver University as part of the Fox 12 Les Schwab Tire Centers Toy Drive. 
 
Viking fans are encouraged to bring a teddy bear or stuffed animal to the game and participate in the halftime toss. All of the stuffed animals will be donated to Fox 12 Les Schwab Tire Centers Toy Drive. Les Schwab is the official tire partner of the Viks. 
 
This marks the third year in a row that Portland State has had a halftime Teddy Bear Toss. Each of the past two years, the toss has provided more than 500 teddy bears to the Toy Drive. The Toy Drive will provide thousands of area children with toys during the holiday season.
  
The Dec. 7 Viking game will be against Denver at Viking Pavilion. It tips off at 2 p.m. Tickets for the game can be purchased on line.
