Viks Pay It Forward For Hawai'i

The Portland State football team, coaches and staff are providing support to the community in Hawai'i that was devastated by this past summer's wild fires. The Vikings would like to contribute to the rebuilding efforts on the island of Maui. PSU football has a strong connection to the Maria Lanakila Catholic Church through Team Athletic Trainer Mikey Fanning. Fanning, a native of Hawai'i, has several family members impacted including his aunt Shelley Hee who is leading some fundraising efforts to help the community rebuild.

For each general admission football ticket purchased to future games through the ticketing links listed below, $5 will be donated to the Maria Lanakila Church. The Church is assisting with getting children back into a sense of normalcy with schooling. The fund generated will assist in purchasing new computers, renting potential buildings for classroom spaces and directly supporting families within the community. There is an option to provide additional donations to the organization upon checkout.

Viks Pay it Forward for Hawai'i ticket packages will be available for home contests on October 21st vs Idaho State, October 28th vs Eastern Washington and November 11th vs Montana. All tickets for this package are general admission seating.

Thank you for helping the Viking football student-athletes, coaches and staff provide support to their family, friends and loved ones in Hawai'i.
