The Portland State Women's Golf program has signed Bayler Brundage to a national letter of intent for the 2022-23 academic year. Brundage is the first signing for new Head Coach
Bill Winter.
Brundage is currently a senior at West Linn High School. She is a four-year letterwinner in the program. Brundage was first team All-League and Player of the Year as a junior. In addition, Brundage was a semi-finalist at the 2021 Oregon Amateur Championship, and won the FCG Pacific Northwest Invitational at Trysting Tree Golf Club this past August.
"I'm very happy to welcome Bayler to the program," said Winter. "I had a chance to see her play for three years as I coached in that league. She has a commitment to excellence both academically and athletically. She cares about others, and she has shown a high level of competitiveness in her early golf career.
"Bayler has a very good temperament and handles herself extremely well on the course. I believe the PSU women's golf program got stronger with her addition."
Brundage will join the Viking Golf team in the fall of 2022.
