Portland State will look for a bounce-back performance this Saturday when opens its Big Sky Conference home schedule against Southern Utah. The Vikings lost the Big Sky opener at Idaho State last Saturday, but play their next two league games at home. VIKING FOOTBALL LUNCHEONS: Portland State Athletics next football luncheon takes place this Friday at the Old Spaghetti Factory, located at 0715 SW Bancroft. Coach Barnum and Viking players will speak and be available for questions. The luncheon starts at noon and is open to the public. Cost is $15... on Oct. 11 the luncheon will be replaced by a TopGolf Tournament and luncheon at TopGolf in Hillsboro.
