PORTLAND – Portland State women's basketball Head Coach
Sherri Murrell has announced the addition of
Montana Walters. Due to NCAA transfer rules, Walters will sit for the 2014-15 season and be eligible to compete the following year.
"We are excited to welcome Montana back home to Oregon and join our Viking family," Murrell said. "She is a phenomenal guard who possess great shooting range and incredible passing skills. Montana knows how to win coming from a championship high school program. I love her passion and work ethic. She will most definitely be a fan favorite to watch."

Jennifer Mountain at Santa Clara in 2013-14.
