2014 SEASON (Senior):
Named to the All-Big Sky first team for the second straight season…Tied for second on the team with three goals scored during the season…Ranked tied for the team lead with two game-winning goals…Scored her game-winning goals in back-to-back to matches, scoring the Vikings’ lone goal in a pair of 1-0 wins over Idaho State (10/10) and Weber State (10/12)…Moved into a tie for ninth all-time in goals scored at Portland State with her goal against Weber State, which was the ninth in her career…Also moved into a tie for seventh in all-time matches played by the end of the season, totaling 74 matches played in her career…Helped the Viking defense record seven shutouts during the season, ranking the team third in the Big Sky Conference…Scored her first goal of the season in the Vikings’ 3-0 win at Colorado State (9/5)…One of only four players to start all 19 matches of the season…Totaled 1618 minutes played, 17 shots and nine shots on goal.

2013 SEASON (Junior):
Named the Big Sky Defensive MVP…Named to the All-Big Sky First Team, as well as College Sports Madness’ Big Sky All-Conference First Team…Named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District VIII Second Team…Co-captained the team with Ariana Cooley…Helped lead the team to 12 shutouts in her 17 defensive starts after starting the season playing at forward for the Vikings…Team gave up only six goals during the season with her on the back line, three of which came on penalty kicks…Team had a 0.35 goals-against average with her on the back line…Helped the Vikings set new single-season team records in shutouts (12) and goals-against average (0.76)…Helped the PSU defense give up only three goals to Big Sky opponents during the regular and post-season, two of which came on penalty kicks…Helped the PSU defense end the season on a shutout streak of 388:08…Also helped the PSU defense record a shutout streak of 442:06 from Sept. 27 to Oct. 13…Led the team’s defensive players with seven total points (2g, 3a), tying her for fourth on the team overall…Scored the Vikings’ lone goal in a 1-0 win at Montana (10/6), scoring on a direct free kick from 45 yards out in the fifth minute…Named the Big Sky Defensive Player of the Week after her goal against Montana, which came amid back-to-back shutouts for the defense…Named to the Big Sky All-Tournament Team after assisting on the Vikings’ game-winning goal in their 2-0 win over Northern Colorado in the Big Sky semifinals (11/7) and helping the defense record shutouts in both matches at the tournament…Totaled two goals, three assists, seven points, 29 shots, 12 shots on goal and 1604 minutes played during the season.

2012 SEASON (Sophomore):
Henningsen appeared and started in all 19 matches for Portland State in 2012 … Henningsen was named to the Big Sky All-Academic team while she also garnered Big Sky Honorable Mention accolades … She scored the Vikings’ first goal of the season, giving Portland State a temporary 1-0 lead against Oregon State on Aug. 24 … Henningsen finished the season with five points with two goals and one assist during 2012 … The sophomore tallied her second goal of the season in a 3-1 victory over North Dakota on Sept. 23 … Henningsen recorded an assist against Montana on Sept. 28 … She recorded 29 shots with 11 shots on goal in her sophomore season … Helped PSU record the lowest goals against in the conference as the team only let in 18 during the season … Helped the Vikings to record the third-most shutouts in the Big Sky with seven. 

2011 SEASON (Freshman):
Appeared in all 18 matches, starting in 15 … Earned Big Sky All-Academic honors … Made collegiate debut at Utah Valley (Aug. 19) … Recorded first career goal against UNLV (Aug. 26) … Scored a goal against Detroit (Sept. 4) … Recorded a career-best in shots with three against Boise State (Sept. 9) … Matched career best in shots in the Big Sky Championship semifinal game against Weber State (Nov. 4) … Ended the season with four points, two goals … Only freshman to play more than 1,000 minutes.
 
ODP/CLUB:
Played three years for FC Portland and spent five seasons with Eastside United FC ... Won a total of four state championships during club career (2005-08, 2010) ... Three-time regional quarterfinalist ... Won Celtic Cup with Eastside in 2008.
 
WESTVIEW HIGH SCHOOL:
Played four years with soccer team and two with basketball team ... First team All-Metro League senior year ... Named state championship player of the game in 2008, despite losing in the final ... Won the Metro League All-Star Academic Award ... Was second team All-Metro as a junior ... Led Westview to the state finals in 2008 and 2009 and to the semifinals in 2010 ... Wildcats won Metro Championship in 2010.
