2021 - SENIOR SEASON 
Made five appearances in the circle… Recorded a 14.29 ERA and an 0-0 record… Tossed 5.2 innings… Struck out five batters… Pitched a season-high 2.1 innings against then No. 6 Oregon (3/7)… Allowed no hits in her final appearance of the season against Sacramento State (4/24).

2020 - JUNIOR SEASON
Pitched in nine games, making three starts… had an 0-2 record with a 9.21 ERA… struck out 11 and walked nine in 19 innings… started and pitched three innings in a 5-3 win over Seattle (3/7)… earned Academic All-Big Sky Conference honors.

2019 - SOPHOMORE SEASON
Appeared in 14 games and made eight starts for the Vikings… had a 3-5 record and an 8.79 ERA. She threw one complete game and pitched 47 total innings… Earned second career win after allowing one earned run over five innings against Marist (3/2)… Picked up first career win after throwing 4 1/3 innings against Maryland (2/22). Allowed six runs, five earned, on eight hits in the 13-8 win… Allowed three runs, one earned, over 5 1/3 innings in relief against UC Riverside (2/8) in a losing effort… Threw all six innings of a run-rule win against Santa Clara (4/7), allowing just three runs and striking out two batters.

2018 - FRESHMAN SEASON
Made 17 appearances, two starts, in the circle as a true freshman… Went 0-3 with an 8.04 ERA after allowing 43 runs, 36 earned, on 52 hits over 31 1/3 innings pitched. Walked 23 and struck out nine… Threw a career-high 6.0 innings for first career complete game at Oregon State (4/17). Allowed just two earned runs on seven hits against the Beavers… Allowed four runs, two earned, on seven hits over a career-high 4 2/3 innings at No. 5 Oregon (4/3) in a no decision… Made first career start against Northwestern (3/3)… Made first career appearance for the Vikings, throwing an inning against No. 9 Florida State (2/9).

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE
Lettered four years in softball and basketball at Rainier High School… 2016 Softball State Championship Game MVP… All-Area Team and All-League first team selection in 2016… Two-time Oregon 3A State Champions (2014 & 2016)… Played ASA softball four years for the Washington Ladyhawks.

Daughter of Eric and Lori Schimmel… Has two sisters, Reese and Paige… ASB Secretary and National Honors Society member… Rho Kappa National Honor Society secretary… Enjoys spending time with family and friends, and instructing youth pitchers… Aspires to be a Pediatric Dentist… Majoring in Dentistry.
