2019 (AS A SENIOR)
  • Burk made 22 appearances and started 14 games.
  • She finished with a 5-8 record and a 4.05 ERA, throwing eight complete games. She had two shutouts and 81.1 total innings. She struck out 70 batters and limited opponents to a .264 batting average.
  • Allowed just two runs on seven hits over 6 1/3 innings with six strikeouts in a loss to North Alabama (3/1).
  • Threw 2 2/3 scoreless innings allowing just two hits in relief against Cal Poly (2/10).  
  • Picked up first win of the season in a complete-game win at San Diego (2/9). Allowed two earned on seven hits, while giving up four walks and striking out two.
  • Struck out 10+ batters in consecutive games to finish the Northern Colorado series (3/29-30). In 14.2 innings over the three games, she had 23 strikeouts and zero runs allowed.
  • Threw a complete-game two-hitter against Southern Utah, striking out eight batters and allowing just one run.
  • On Senior Day against Weber State (5/4), Burk threw a complete game in a 5-2 Portland State win. She struck out five Wildcats, allowing the league’s best offense just five hits and two runs.
  • Threw 9.1 innings in a Big Sky Championship game against Weber State (5/8), allowing just three runs and eight hits while striking out seven.

2018 (AS A JUNIOR)
  • All-Big Sky Conference Second Team.
  • Made 33 appearances, 28 starts, in the circle for the Vikings as a junior. 
  • Went 13-14 overall with a team-best 3.49 ERA. Recorded first career save. 
  • Finished fourth in the Big Sky with 166 2/3 innings pitched. Finished fourth with a career-high 133 strikeouts, 34 looking. 
  • Posted a .251 opposing batting average, fifth-best in the league. 
  • Recorded a 1.9 strikeout-to-walk ratio (133 strikeouts/70 walks). 
  • Threw 19 complete games, including one complete-game shutout.
  • Picked up first Big Sky Tournament win going the distance in the Vikings’ 4-3 win over Weber State (5/11). Allowed three runs, one earned, on nine hits over a complete game. Walked one and struck out four. 
  • Earned 20th career win with in a five inning run-rule win in the Vikings’ season finale at Southern Utah (5/6). 
  • Earned 11th win of the year with a complete game, extra-inning win over Weber State (4/28) to take the series. Allowed three runs, none earned, on six hits over 8 innings. Struck out six and did not surrender a walk.
  • Picked up first career save after getting the final two outs in a 2-1 win against Weber State (4/27). 
  • Allowed just three earned on six hits in a loss to Weber State (4/27). Walked three and struck out nine. 
  • Recorded 10th win of the year after allowing two runs, one earned, on five hits over seven innings at Montana (4/22). 
  • Allowed three earned on seven hits in a complete game win at Montana (4/21). Struck out four and walked one. 
  • Earned a pair of wins at Northern Colorado (4/14) after allowing just two earned runs over 10 1/3 innings. 
  • Threw her first complete-game shutout of the season to secure the season series against Idaho State (3/31). Allowed three hits and struck out nine. 
  • Threw a career-high 10.0 innings against North Dakota (3/30) en route to her fifth win of the season. Allowed just one earned on three hits and struck out 13 batters. 
  • Earned fourth win of the season with a complete-game 10-strikeout performance to open Big Sky play against North Dakota (3/23). Allowed two runs on four hits, while walking four and striking out 10. 
  • Earned second-career Big Sky Pitcher of the Week (3/19). 
  • Threw a season-high nine innings in a win over Seattle (3/17). Allowed one earned on four hits, while striking out six. 
  • Earned second win of the season allowing on earned, on two hits, over seven innings, while striking out a career-high 14 batters against Bryant (3/16). 
  • Picked up first win of the season allowing two earned on four hits over 7.0 innings against Sam Houston State (2/9). Walked four and struck out five. 

2017 (AS A SOPHOMORE)
  • Went 5-16 with a 4.80 ERA as a sophomore. Made 34 appearances with 12 complete games in 23 starts. Allowed 111 runs, 87 earned, over a team-high 127 innings and struck out a team-high 93 batters. 
  • Finished the season with eight consecutive complete games. Went 3-5 with a 1.45 ERA over her that stretch. 
  • Earned fifth win of the season with a complete-game two-hitter against Sacramento State (5/5). Allowed just two hits, walked four, and struck out three. 
  • Picked up fourth win with her first complete-game shutout of the season at North Dakota (4/28). She threw a career-high 10 innings while allowing just three hits. 
  • Picked up her third win of the season with her second consecutive complete game against Montana (4/23). Allowed just one unearned run on five hits, while walking four and striking out nine. 
  • Threw a career-high 8.0 innings in a complete-game, three-hit loss to Montana (4/22). Struck out nine and walked two. 
  • Threw a complete game, allowing two earned on five hits, for second win of the season against Northern Colorado (3/31).  
  • Picked up first win of the season allowing three runs, two earned, with a career-high 11 strikeouts in a complete game against Rhode Island (2/26). 
  • Threw first complete game, allowing two runs, one earned, over 6.0 innings in a loss to Grand Canyon (2/24). 

2016 (AS A FRESHMAN)
  • Went 3-5 with a 3.57 ERA over 64 2/3 innings pitched as a true freshman. Struck out 52 and walked 50. Led the team in ERA and strikeouts.
  • Earned first career save after allowing just one hit over the final three innings at Northern Colorado (4/22).
  • Picked up third win of the season, allowing four earned over 5 1/3 innings with four walks and four strikeouts, at Southern Utah (4/1).
  • Threw third-consecutive complete game but picked up the 1-0 loss after allowing one unearned run against Pitt (3/5). Allowed 5 hits, struck out four and did not allow a walk.
  • Earned Big Sky Pitcher of the Week honors (3/1) after going 2-1 with a 1.50 ERA and 17 strikeouts.
  • Tallied second win with second-straight complete game, allowing three runs on three hits while striking out seven, against Utah Valley (2/28).
  • Recorded first win and first complete-game shutout, allowing just two hits while striking out a career-high 10 batters, at Hawaii (2/27).
  • Earned the loss in first career start, allowing three earned runs on four hits at Arizona State (2/14).
  • Made first career appearance for the Vikings, allowing two earned on five walks over 2/3 innings pitched in relief against Wisconsin (2/13).

PRIOR TO PORTLAND STATE
  • Lettered in varsity softball four years and volleyball three years at Fontana High School.
  • Earned team’s Rookie of the Year award as a freshman.
  • Set the school and league record for strikeouts in a season with 234 as a sophomore to earn All-League first team honors.
  • Improved school and league strikeout record to 269 as a junior and earned the Most Valuable Player award for a pitcher
  • Improved school and league strikeout record again as a senior with 271, while hitting .486
  • Earned All-League first team and team MVP honors as a senior.
  • Earned All-League second team honors and team Most Improved player in volleyball as a sophomore.
  • Volleyball team won the league championship her sophomore and junior seasons going 10-0 in each and was co-league champion as a senior going 9-1.
  • Played ASA softball for the Firecrackers for 2 1/2 years and American Athletics as a senior.
  • Earned the Jerry Dison Award – Bronze as a junior and the Jerry Dison Award – Silver as a senior.
  • Earned Honor Roll Bronze as a freshman and Silver as a senior.

PERSONAL
  • Majoring in Criminology & Criminal Justice.
  • Daughter of Charles and Christine Burk.
  • Has one sister, Marissa.
  • Enjoys dirt bike riding, drawing, dancing, music, spending time with friends and family.
  • Volunteer referee for the Special Olympics.
  • Aspires to work for the FBI.
