2015-16 SEASON (Senior):
Swept his singles and doubles matches in his final match as a Viking, winning in both disciplines against Linfield on April 19...Won his final two doubles matches as a Viking, beating Montana's Victor Casadevall and Peter Mimnagh-Fleming 7-6 at line two with Ian Risenhoover, and Linfield's Ben McNair and Liam Spearnak 6-4 at line two with Risenhoover as well...Won handily in singles and doubles against Southern Utah (3/11), beating SUU's Branden Olcott 6-0, 6-3 in singles, and beating SUU's Jacob Nelson and Ben Yeacker 6-1 with Nathan Boniel in doubles...Saved six match points in a 2-6, 7-6 (7), 1-0 (12-10) win over North Dakota's Joe Lee on March 4, which was his fifth straight win at the time...Broke the single-season school record for wins at No. 5 singles with a 7-5, 6-4 win over Northern Colorado's Hayden Cramer at line five on Feb. 27...Became the all-time leader in wins at No. 5 singles with a 7-5, 7-6 (3) win over Gonzaga's Connor Arend on Feb. 21...Clinched the Vikings' 4-3 road win over Seattle (2/12), coming back from a 3-0 deficit in the third set to beat Matt Alderson 4-6, 7-5, 6-4...Went 4-0 during the Vikings' weekend against Lewis-Clark State (1/29) and Seattle (1/30)...Won back-to-back doubles matches by 6-1 scores with parnter Nathan Boniel during the Vikings' weekend against Lewis-Clark State and Seattle...Went 2-5 in singles and 0-4 in doubles during the 2015 fall season...Advanced to the quarterfinals of the Bulldog Classic singles draw, beating a Big Sky opponent in Eastern Washington’s Rendell Burghart as well as Gonzaga’s Connor Arend.

2014-15 SEASON (Junior):
Won the PNW Intercollegiates second flight doubles title along with Matt Pronesti on Nov. 9, the first main draw doubles title won by a Viking team since 2010...Went 15-17 overall in singles (7-12 during the dual season), his best single-season record to date at Portland State...Went 13-14 overall in doubles (8-11 during the dual season), also his best single-season record to date at Portland State...Played at lines three, four and five for the Vikings during the dual season, going 1-6, 2-4 and 4-2 at each singles position, respectively...Clinched the Vikings' first-ever win over Montana on Feb. 21 with a 7-6 (6), 7-5 win over Montana's Alexandr Rudenco at line five...Played all three doubles lines for the Vikings, going 1-2 at line one, 7-7 at line two and 0-2 at line three...Went 7-7 with doubles partner Matt Pronesti, with all matches played at line two.

2013-14 SEASON (Sophomore):
Went 5-16 in singles play during the season, and 3-6 in Big Sky matches…Had a 1-6 record at No. 2 singles, and a 4-10 record at No. 3 singles…Won matches at No. 3 singles in the Vikings’ close wins over Creighton (3/26) and North Dakota (3/29), respectively…Won two straight matches over the Vikings’ matches against Southern Utah (3/10) and Weber State (3/16)…Won in both singles and doubles in the Vikings’ matches against Southern Utah (3/10), Creighton (3/26) and North Dakota (3/29)…Went 7-14 in doubles during the season, and 4-6 in Big Sky matches…Went 0-4 in doubles with Jonathan Pike, 0-3 with Alec Marx, 2-5 with Nate Chart and 5-2 with Kacper Stelmaszak…Ranked tied for third in the Big Sky among teams that played more than two matches at No. 2 doubles with his .714 win percentage with Stelmaszak…Won seven of his last 11 doubles matches of the season, after starting the year 0-10 in doubles…Helped the Vikings win the doubles point in seven of their final eight matches of the season.

2012-13 SEASON (Freshman):
Went 2-8 in singles and 1-0 in doubles…Played match at No. 1 singles against Pacific (March 3)…Played at all six singles positions during the season…Won his one doubles match 8-2 with Zach Lubek.
 
PHOENIX:
Was the only member of his tennis team for his junior and senior seasons…Won state as a senior and made the finals as a junior…Phoenix placed third at state with Cochrane as its only player…2012 finalist for Prep Tennis Player of the Year at the Oregon Sports Awards…Two-time district champion (2011-12)…Took the top ranking of 12 in the PNW with eight doubles and two singles titles.
 
PERSONAL/MISCELLANEOUS:
Son of Andy and Maggie…Has one brother, Jim, and three sisters, Jessie, Molly and Lisa…Lists fishing, ping pong, camping, basketball, football and soccer as hobbies…Hopes to coach tennis as a career...Majoring in social sciences, with a minor in business.
