Portland State University Athletics

Following an outstanding final season at Portland State, Matt Hauser will move into the role of graduate assistant for the program in 2020-21.

Hauser averaged 14.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.4 steals for the Vikings in 2019-20. He made nine three-point field goals in posting a career-high 29 points with seven rebounds and three assists in a win over CSUN.

Hauser also played three seasons at Santa Clara, competing in 85 games and starting 57. He averaged 8.2 points and 2.4 assists per game for his career. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Santa Clara in 2019. Hauser is currently working toward is Graduate Degree at PSU.
