BEFORE PORTLAND STATE

Played at Utah State in 2025-26… prior to that was at Air Force from 2023-25… averaged 1.7 points and 0.4 rebounds in 12 games at Utah State… while at Air Force, he started 22 of 32 games as a sophomore, averaging 8.9 points and 2.7 rebounds in 26.6 minutes per game… led the team with 52 three-point field goals and in free throw percentage (.839)… had career-highs of 20 points and 11 rebounds against Fresno State… as a freshman, Kearney averaged 4.0 points and 0.9 rebounds in 10.7 minutes per game.
 
Attended the USAFA Prep School and played on the basketball team in 2022-23... attended Bella Vista Prep in Scottsdale, Arizona, as a high school senior in 2021-22 where he averaged 15 points per game... began his prep career at Sandra Day O'Connor High School in Phoenix, where he was an all-region honoree, averaging 19 points per game.
