2014 SEASON (Senior):
Named to the All-Big Sky second team for the second straight season…One of only four players to start all 19 matches of the season…Led the team with 1807 minutes played…Helped the Portland State defense record seven shutouts during the season, ranking the Vikings third in the Big Sky Conference…Ranked tied for second on the team with two assists during the season, the most assists from a backline player during the season…Assisted on the game-winning goal in the Vikings’ 2-0 win over Sacramento State (10/31)…Also assisted on the Vikings’ game-tying goal in their 1-1 draw with Boise State (8/24).
2013 SEASON (Junior):
Named to the All-Big Sky Second Team…Named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District VIII Second Team...Started all 18 of the matches she played in at center back…Anchored the Vikings’ defense to a single-season school record 12 team shutouts during the season…Also led the defense to a single-season record 0.76 goals-against average…Part of a defense that allowed only three goals to Big Sky teams during the regular and post-season, two of which came on penalty kicks…Defense ended the season on a shutout streak of 388:08 minutes…Defense also recorded a shutout streak of 442:06 minutes from Sept. 27 to Oct. 13…Second on the team with 1644 minutes played.
2012 SEASON (Sophomore):
Henningsen played in 16 matches while starting 14 in her sophomore season … She earned Big Sky Honorable Mention recognition in the conference’s s all-conference selections … Henningsen was also named to the Big Sky All-Academic squad … The sophomore made her first appearance of the season against a road contest against Seattle on Sept. 2, 2012 … The sophomore played 1,215 minutes of play during the 2012 campaign … Henningsen contributed to a defense that was first in the conference in goals against, allowing only 18 during the season … She also helped contribute to the third-most shutouts in the Big Sky as PSU tallied seven.Â

Appeared in 10 matches, started four … Made her Portland State debut at Utah Valley (Aug. 19) … Recorded her first career shot at Sacramento State (Sept. 30) … Recorded her first career assist to earn her first point at Montana (Oct. 9) … Recorded a career-high in shots with two at Idaho State (Oct. 23) Earned Big Sky All-Academic honors.
