2016-17 SEASON (Freshman):
Clinched the Vikings' 4-3 win over Northern Colorado (3/26) with a 6-2, 6-3 win over Alex Clerihew at line six...Also beat Clerihew and Kyle Pease 6-4 at line three in doubles with Ethan Lopez...Swept his singles and doubles matches in the Vikings' 7-0 win over Linfield (2/23), and only dropped one game in both matches...Lost in three sets to Seattle's Alex Chan 6-4, 4-6, 2-6 at line six in the Vikings' rematch against the Redhawks on Feb. 11...Beat Hawaii's Eric Kenneth in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2, at line six on Feb. 5...Won his second straight doubles match with partner Ethan Lopez at line three in the Vikings' match against Seattle (1/27)...Came back from a 5-4 deficit with the Redhawks' John Stormans and Michael Schoettler serving for the match to win, 7-5...Did not drop a game while beating Willamette's Jesse Mackinney 6-0, 6-0...Also played his first dual-season doubles match in the Vikings' match against Willamette (1/21), and beat Derek Lund and Samuel Rowe, 8-3, at line three along with Ethan Lopez...Went 2-6 in singles and 0-6 in doubles during the fall season...Won his first match as a Viking with a 6-0, 6-2 win over Whitman College's Luke Targett at the Dar Walters Fall Classic (10/7-9)...Also beat Eastern Washington's Junichi Minakata 6-3, 6-3 in the consolation draw at the Bulldog Classic (10/28-30).
