2010 SEASON:
Held a 5-10 singles record ... Played most of his matches at No. 6, posting a 4-6 register ... Teamed with Matt Erickson in doubles and posted a 4-8 record at Nos. 2 and 3 ... Posted a huge win at No. 2 doubles with Erickson, an 8-5 win over Eastern Washington (Feb. 13).

2009 SEASON:
Finished season with a 7-16 overall record in singles ... Played primarily at No. 4 and held a 6-16 record ... Was 1-7 in Big Sky matches ... Posted an 8-11 record in doubles alongside classmate Alex VanDerschelden ...  The pair was 3-3 in Big Sky doubles play.

2008 SEASON:
Compiled an 8-14 singles record, tying for the team lead in wins... played primarily in the No. 5 slot... scored first victory at the Pacific Northwest College Cup... was the only Viking to top Sacramento State opponent on April 12, beating Ronan Conlon 6-3, 6-3... posted the team's most doubles wins with Alex VanDerschelden, finishing with a 9-10 record.

PREVIOUS TO PORTLAND STATE:
Three-year letterwinner at Westview High School... two-time All-Conference selection... had a perfect 15-0 record as a junior... placed fifth in doubles at the 4A level state tournament... finished fourth at the 6A doubles state tournament... tennis team captain.

Born June 1, 1989... son of Chuck and Avery Cero... brother Greg played professional baseball in Chicago... brother Mike played baseball at Arkansas State... majoring in marketing.
