Portland State football has added one student-athlete to its 2016 signing class with the addition of Troy Bacon, a transfer from Boise State. Bacon has signed an athletic aid agreement with Portland State and becomes the 17th newcomer to the program for 2016. He will be available to compete in spring practice.

Attended Oak Hills High School, lettering four times… rated a three-star recruit by ESPN.com, Scout.com, Rivals.com and 247sports.com out of high school… one of the top 10 offensive guards on the west coast… was first team All-League, All-County, All-Region and All-State as a senior… earned All-League, All-County and All-Area as a junior… four year member of the Honor Roll.
