Fans are guaranteed to stay dry at the Portland State Football Homecoming game this Saturday, Oct. 15th when the Vikings take on Cal Poly at Providence Park. The Viks refuse to let the weather spoil Portland's College Football Saturday, and are making moves to keep their promise on providing food, fun and hassle-free football to all PSU alumni and fans.

First, The Urban Tailgate presented by Hop Valley & The PSU Alumni Association has been MOVED to inside the Providence Park concourse near Gate 4 (NW corner).
Here are the new details:

• First 300 fans will get a $5 voucher good for food or drinks at the concession stand.
• AD Mark Rountree is still cooking GUMBO!  The word is that he may even throw in some jambalaya for the special occasion. As always, both are FREE while supplies last!
• Entrance: Gate 4 - NW corner of Providence Park
• Time: Noon - 2:15pm
• Fans must have a ticket to the game to enter; no re-entry.
• All ticket holders welcome!
• Season Ticket Holder and VIP Concession Discount Credentials will be honored for the entirety of The Urban Tailgate as well as during the game.

Second, there are over 10,000 covered seats in Providence Park! The vast majority of Club Level Seats, west-side Reserved Seats and the entire General Admission Section are all sheltered from the rain. If you have already purchased a reserved seat that is not under cover, you are more than welcome to sit in the General Admission Sections 215-222 to stay high and dry.
