Portland State Athletics hired Malik Thirdgill as the new Director of Ticket Sales and Service in March 2024.
Thirdgill provides leadership within the ticket sales and service area as he helps Portland State Athletics develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and attendance within season ticket, group, special package and single game sales. In addition, Thirdgill works with the PSU Box Office to oversee ticket operations.
Thirdgill worked at Oregon State previously as a Revenue Generation Associate in the Beavers Ticket Office.
A native of Portland and graduate of Central Catholic High School, Thirdgill is a 2020 PSU alum, earning a degree in Social Science with a Marketing focus. He earned a Masters degree in Higher Education in 2022.
Thirdgill was a tight end on the Viking Football team earning Academic All-Big Sky Conference honors and was named to the 2021 Big Sky Conference Community Service team. He was an active member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee as an executive representative and a co-creator of the SAAC Social Justice Team.
