Proved his consistency in 2024 which is exactly what you want from your kicker... should be among the Big Sky Conference’s best in 2025... named to the Dean’s List.
JUNIOR SEASON • 2024
Had an outstanding season in his first year in the program... was the kicker for all 11 games, making 11 field goals and 37-38 extra points... named honorable mention All-Big Sky Conference and was one of 10 finalists for the Fred Mitchell Award, given to the top placekicker at the FCS, Division II, III, NAIA or JC level... only missed FGs were two blocks at Boise State... hit on his last nine in in a row... had a season-high three field goals against Idaho (11/9), including a season-long 48-yarder... made 60 kickoffs with 26 touchbacks... averaged 62.1 yards... earned Academic All-Big Sky Conference.
BEFORE PORTLAND STATE
Played at Mount San Antonio College last season... was 2-4 on field goals and 6-6 on extra points while handling the majority of kickoffs for a 10-1 program... as a freshman, attended College of the Redlands... ranked 13th by the Chris Sailer Kicking School for the class of 2024.
A four-year letterwinner in football at San Dimas High School... was a two-time first team All-League selection... also played four years of soccer, earning first team All-League and winning a CIF Championship.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Son of Roberto Uribe and Monica Ahuero... has one sister, Marisa... majoring in Applied Health and Fitness... would like to go to graduate school and get a Masters in Exercise Science, then become a strength and conditioning coach at the collegiate level... hobbies are golf, snowboarding, dirt bike riding and hanging out with friends.
