A good athlete who came to Portland State as a quarterback... has since moved to defense and contributed on special teams... named to the President’s List in 2023.

JUNIOR SEASON • 2024

Moved to a role on defense... saw action in 10 games on special teams and spot duty at linebacker... made four tackles on the season... earned Academic All-Big Sky Conference honors... hindered by shoulder issues in 2023, was unable to throw... saw action in one game... did not compete in 2022.

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE

Spent the 2021 season at Dixie State (now Utah Tech) and was a redshirt... also a member of the baseball program.

Played two seasons of football and baseball at Mountain Ridge High School... passed for 2,750 yards and 26 touchdowns as a senior... also lettered in football and baseball at Curtis High School prior to attending Mountain Ridge.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Son of Kyle and Kristen Stancato... has a twin brother, Kyler, who plays baseball at Washington State... has completed his degree in Business Administration: Management and Leadership.
