Swept her singles and doubles matches to help the Vikings record their first-ever win over Montana (4/16)...Ended the season with five wins in her last seven singles matches...Pulled out a narrow 7-6 (5), 2-6, 7-5 over Montana's Cam Kincaid at line four...Came back from a set down to beat Eastern Washington's Erin Blessing in three sets, 3-6, 6-3, 6-1...Went 4-0 between singles and doubles in the Vikings' wins over North Dakota (3/5) and Idaho State (3/6)...Clinched the Vikings' 5-2 win over Northern Colorado (2/27) with a 6-4, 7-5 win over Anna Battersby at line four...Won her fourth doubles match in her last five with a 7-6 (5) win over Northern Colorado's Marissa Baca and Anna Battersby at line three...Won both her singles and doubles matches in the Vikings' match against Northern Arizona (2/14)...Beat NAU's Hailey Rochin 6-4, 6-1 at line four, and beat NAU's Sara Brown and Jordan Denesik 6-3 at line three with partner Kelsey Frey, their third straight win together...Double-bageled Southern Utah's Laura Martin, 6-0, 6-0 in the Vikings' 7-0 win over the Thunderbirds on Feb. 6...Went 0-4 in singles and 1-4 in doubles during the fall...Won her first round doubles match at the Gonzaga Invitational, beating Idaho State's Taylor Cole and Laura Gutierrez 8-5 with partner Taylor Rees.
2014-15 SEASON (Sophomore):
Finished the season with the second-best singles win percentage on the team, going 14-8 overall in singles, including a 10-7 mark during the dual season...Also placed second on the team with seven singles wins in Big Sky play, a total that would have tied the school record in the category if not for Tracy Dong's eight conference wins during the season...Won nine matches at line four in singles, one off the single-season school record for wins at the position, which Megan Govi set at 10 in 2013...Won five straight matches from Jan. 31 to Feb. 22...Posted wins in three of the Vikings' four matches against the top four teams in the conference...Beat Montana's Hannah Sulz 6-2, 6-1 at line four on Feb. 15...Followed with a 6-2, 7-5 win over Sacramento State's Olivia Boija at line four on Feb. 22...Came back from a third-set deficit to beat Idaho's Rita Bermudez 6-3, 3-6, 6-4 at line four on April 18...Won five of seven matches from March 6 to April 18...Went 10-11 overall in doubles, including a 7-9 mark in dual matches...Played predominately with Tracy Dong in doubles, going 9-9 overall together and 7-9 during the dual season...Went 7-7 at line two with Dong...Won five of six matches with Dong from Jan. 31 to Feb. 28.
2013-14 SEASON (Freshman):
Named Big Sky Women’s Tennis Co-Player of the Week on Feb. 25 after helping the Vikings earn their first-ever win over Northern Arizona with a 6-1 win on Feb. 23…Went 7-9 in singles matches during the season, and 3-6 in Big Sky matches…Played the majority of her matches at No. 3 singles, and had a 7-6 record in that spot…Ranked 10th in the Big Sky in overall win percentage (.538; 7-6) at No. 3 singles…Had two three-match winning streaks in singles during the season, the first coming over the Vikings’ matches against Seattle (2/15), Akron (2/21) and Northern Arizona (2/23), while the second came over the Vikings’ matches against The College of Idaho (4/6), Weber State (4/13) and Idaho State (4/19)…Went 7-8 in doubles during the season, and 3-5 in Big Sky matches…Partnered with Marina Todd for the entire season, and went 1-1 at No. 1 doubles with Todd, and 6-7 at No. 2…Had a four-match winning streak with Todd, stretching from the Vikings’ win over Seattle on Feb. 15 to the team’s match against Montana State on March 1…Also won three of four doubles matches towards the end of the season, including an 8-6 win over Montana State’s Laura Middel and Ellie Crum in the Vikings’ 4-2 win over the Bobcats in the Big Sky quarterfinals…Preda and Todd were one of just two Big Sky doubles teams to beat Middel and Crum during the regular or postseason.
CLUB:
Played for Tennis Club 2000 in Bucharest, Romania for four years…Also played for Tennis Club Bucharest for two years…Won a team national championship with Tennis Club 2000 in 2008…Was a vice champion with the club in 2011.
