SENIOR SEASON • 2023-24

Started all eight events during the season... had a 76.19 scoring average, which was 1.64 strokes per round better than her junior season... ranked second on the team... matched her career-best round with an opening 73 at the Big Sky 54 for IX tournament and in the final round of the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic... had a 73-75-76=224 total in that event to lead the team and post her best fall score... matched that with 74-76-74=224 at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic... very consistent with six of seven scoring tournaments between 224 and 230... 20 of 21 rounds were in the 70s with the highest score an 80... made 45 total birdies on the season... completed her career at PSU ranked 12th all-time in rounds played (90) and 16th in scoring average (78.52)... her 144 career birdies ranks sixth all-time at PSU.

JUNIOR SEASON • 2022-23

Started all nine tournaments, playing 27 total rounds and compiling a 77.83 scoring average... improved scoring by more than 1.46 strokes per round over sophomore season... 19 of 24 scoring rounds were in the 70s and had 46 birdies overall... top performance was 75-74-77=226 at the Hobble Creek Fall Classic to tie for 17th... tied for 25th at the Eagle Invitational (77-76-76=229)... best spring score was 75-77-77=229 at the Bobcat Desert Classic, tying for 26th. 

SOPHOMORE SEASON • 2021-22

Started all nine tournaments and played 27 total rounds on the season... improved her scoring average by more than three strokes per round over her freshman season... averaged 79.29 strokes... made 37 birdies in 27 rounds, third-most on the team... best score of the season was a 74-74-73=221 at the Coeur d’Alene Resort Collegiate... tied for 21st and established new career-bests for a single round and a tournament... best finish was a tie for 18th at the Big Sky Championship... shot 73-75-77=225... led the team in scoring at Coeur d’Alene and the Big Sky Championship... earned Academic All-Big Sky Conference honors. 

FRESHMAN SEASON • 2020-21

Played in five of six events in her first season as a Viking... had an 82.41 scoring average... best rounds was a 78 at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic... made 11 birdies on the season, and a hole-in-one at the Fresno State Classic... an excellent student, she earned Academic All-Big Sky Conference and WGCA All-America Scholar honors.

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE

Rosette prepped at Mater Dei Catholic in the San Diego area, lettering four times... earned three second team All-League honors and one first team All-League honor... won the CIF San Diego Section Championship three times and the CIF/SCGA Girls Championship once... other junior golf credits include Top 10 finishes in the Lorena Ochoa National Interzone and San Diego Junior Amateur, as well as a Top 3 in the Pacific Tour Series... four-time Baja Team member for the Aaron Baddeley International Junior Championship... named to the San Diego Union All-Academic team.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Daughter of Carolina Rosette Vasquez and Carlos Alberto Garcia Sanchez... majoring in Business Administration: Management & Leadership... hopes to work in the golf industry... in high school was a member of the National Honor Society and three-time honor roll recipient... two-time North Park Lions Club Speech Tournament winner... a member of the Speech and Debate Club.
