2016-17 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
Played in eight of nine events she played in... had a 81.50 scoring average for the season, an improvement of more than three shots per round over 2015-16... was 2-0-1 to lead the team at the Gonzaga Match Play... shot 77-77=154 at the Concordia Invitational to tie for seventh... posted a career-best 81-81-71=233 at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic... made 42 birdies in 27 rounds for the season.
2015-16 • FRESHMAN SEASON
Played in eight events, three as counting starter... had an 84.70 scoring average... named Academic All-Big Sky Conference... selected by the Women's Golf Coaches Association as All-American Scholar... best score was second-round 76 at the George Fox Culturame Classic... played as an individual at that event, finishing 12th at 159 over 36 holes... posted 77 in the first round of the Fresno State Classic... had 22 birdies in 20 rounds of play... in August tied for 14th at the Oregon Women's Stroke Play Championship.
PREVIOUS TO PORTLAND STATE
Attended Utah Valley University in 2014-15 where she was a redshirt on the women's golf team due to a knee injury.
Attended Rocky Mountain High School in Meridian, ID where she lettered four times each in basketball and golf... named first team All-State in golf... her team won back-to-back state championships in 2013 and 2014... earned Academic All-Conference all four years... member of the National Honor Society... also participated in student council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Campus Crusade for Christ.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Daughter of Dee and Brenda Pickett... plans to major in Biology... her father was a quarterback at Boise State who went on to be 1984 World Champion Cowboy and ProRodeo Hall of Famer... her brother, Cody, was a quarterback at Washington, for the San Francisco 49ers and in the Canadian Football League.
