(2011) Ran in six events, pacing the Vikings in every race … Started the season with his first career event win at the John Frank Memorial Invitational (Sept. 1) … Won his second career event at the Pier Park Invitational (Sept. 10) … Earned Big Sky Male Cross Country Athlete of the Week Honors (Sept. 13) … Paced the Vikings as the Stanford Invitational (Sept. 24) with at time of 25.25 in the 8,000-meter race … Finished 11th at the Adidas XC Classic (Oct. 15) and paced the Vikings at the Big Sky Championship (Oct. 29) … Earned Big Sky All-Academic Honors.
(2010) Competed in six events during his true freshman year … Competed in the 4-mile and 10,000-meter runs once each and the 8,000 four times … Best finish in the 8,000 was a 33rd place finish at the Big Sky Championship with a time of 23:45.39 … Competed at the NCAA West Regional … Earned Academic All-Big Sky Conference honors.
 
INDOOR TRACK:
(2011-12) Participated in five indoor track meets including the Big Sky Indoor Championship … Had the second best time in the indoor mile for the Vikings after posting a time of 4:36.44 at the Portland Indoor (Jan. 22) … Posted a season-best time of 8:45.84 in the 3,000-meters at the UW Invitational (Jan. 27) … Helped the Vikings to a sixth place finish in the distance medley relay at the Big Sky Championship (Feb. 24) with a time of 10:34.93.
(2010-11) Competed in six meets in five events during the indoor track season … Competed in the 4x400 at the Jacksons Open (12/4) and finished fourth … Recorded a season-best time of 3:35.90 in the 1000 at the Jacksons Open … Competed in the mile run three times with best time coming at the UW Invitational (1/29) … Recorded a season best time of 8:29.28 and finished 12th in his heat at the Husky Classic (2/12) … Competed in the distance medley relay and the 3,000 at the Big Sky Championship (2/25-26) … Earned Big Sky All-Academic Honors.
 
OUTDOOR TRACK:
(2011) Participated in seven meets during the track season competing three times in the 1,500-meters, once in the 3,000 and three times in the 5,000 … Set a personal best in the 3,000 with time of 8:36.69 at the Oregon Preview (3/19) which was good for an eighth place overall finish … Recorded a personal best at the Stanford Invitational (3/25) with a time of 4:00.47 in the 1,500 to finish 11th in his heat … Added a personal-best at the Willamette Invitational (4/2) in the 5,000 with a time of 14:58.01 … Participated in the 5,000 at the Big sky Championship (5/14) and finished 17th … Earned Big Sky All-Academic Honors.
 
WHITMORE LAKE:
Earned four letters each in cross country and track … Four-time All-Michigan selection in cross country … Also a four-time Tri-County Conference cross country champion … Won the conference 3,200-meters championship 2007-08 and 2010 … Team won four conference cross country championships … Also competed in club indoor track.
