2020 INDOOR:
Competed in the 3k at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/27-29), placing 39th in 9:22.82...Knocked seven seconds off his personal best in the mile while finishing in 4:25.70 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/8-9)...Ran the best 3k time by a Viking freshman since 2016 with finish in 8:47.36 at the Portland Indoor One (1/25-26)...Shaved 12 seconds off his personal best in the mile, finishing in 4:32.84 at the Vandal Open and Lauren McCluskey Multi (1/10-11).

Qualified in the 1,600 and 3,200 meters as a senior, and made the state cross country meet in the fall...Won the steeplechase at the Great Southwest Classic, earning him the Pat Porter Memorial Award for Outstanding Male Distance Performance…Named the 2016 Cross Country Boys Runner of the Year by the Loveland Reporter-Herald, his hometown newspaper…Named most valuable runner of his cross country team for the final three years of his high school career…Academic all-state first-team selection for the 2017-18 school year…Helped his team earn the Les Schwab Tire Centers Academic Team Championship Award…Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field in high school.
