2025 OUTDOOR:

Cracked two minutes in the 800 meters for the first time as a Viking at the OSU High Performance Meet (5/2-3), finishing in 1:59.41...Made his outdoor debut at the L&C Electric Forest Opener (3/8), running the 800 meters in 2:00.95.
 

2025 INDOOR:

Shaved close to two seconds off his indoor best in the 800 meters with a finish in 2:03.43 at the UW Invitational (1/31-2/1)...Part of mixed 4x400-meter relay that moved up to fourth all-time with its finish in 4:02.29 at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/26)...Also rank the 1,000 meters in 2:42.17 at the Portland Indoor 1...Shaved nearly four seconds off his personal best in the 600 meters while moving up to fourth in the freshman record books with his finish in 1:26.16 at the UW Preview (1/17)...Ran the 800 meters in 2:05.31 at Spokane Invitational (12/14)...Moved up to sixth all-time in the freshman record books in the 600 meters with his finish in 1:29.97 at the PSU vs. UP Dual Meet (11/25).
 

2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

Ran his first 8k at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5), finishing 225th overall in 28:50.9...Shaved more than 75 seconds off the 6k personal best he set two weeks earlier, finishing in 21:47.8 at the Gator Cross (9/14)...Made his PSU debut at the Linfield Harrier Classic (8/31), finishing 130th overall while running the 6k in 23:06.06.
 

VALENCIA HIGH SCHOOL:

District cross country champion as a senior…Placed 11th at the NMAA State Cross Country Championship…Won back-to-back district titles in the 800 meters in 2023 and 2024…Placed sixth in the 800 meters at the NMAA State 4A Championships in 2023 and 2024…Lettered in soccer and tennis in addition to cross country and track & field in high school.
