(2008) Finished the Pre’s Trail Run 7k in 24:44.00… completed the Lewis & Clark 8k in 27:06.80… ran a 27:37.71 at the Willamette Invitational 8k… clocked 21:32 at the Mike Hodges Invitational 4M… finished the Beaver Classic 8k in 26:35… placed 53rd at the Big Sky Championships, finishing in 26:28.3.
 
INDOOR TRACK:
(2011-12) Ran in five indoor track meets … Won the 80-meters at the Jacksons Open and Multi’s (Dec. 2) With at time of 1:5.66 … Finished second at the Jacksons Open and Multi’s in the 1,000-meters with a season-best time of 2:29.81 … Posted a season best in the 800-meters at the UW Indoor Preview with a time of 1:52.60 … Ran in the distance medley at the UW Invitational (Jan. 27) and helped the Vikings to the second fastest time in school history with a time of 10:15.07.
(2010-11) Participated in seven indoor track meets including the Big Sky Championship in three events … Competed once in the 1,000-meters at the Jacksons Open (12/4) and finished second in his heat with a time of 2:29.73 … Competed four times in the 4x400-meter relay … Competed seven times in the 800-meters and set a season-best with a time of 1:50.78 to finish ninth overall at the UW Invitational (1/29).
(2009-10) Participated in five meets during the indoor track season … Competed once in the 1,000-meters and finished with at time of 2:29.94 at the Jacksons Open (12/5) … Recorded a season-best time of 1:50.82 in the 800-meters at the Husky Classic (2/13) … Competed in the 800 and the distance medley relay at the Big Sky Championships.

(2010) Participated in seven meets during the outdoor track season … Competed in the 800-meters six times and posted a season-best time of 1:50.86 at the NCAA West Regional (5/28).
(2009) 10th place at the Big Sky Championships in the 800-meter run with a 1:54.25 … Ran a 1:54.42 at the Willamette Invitational in the 800m and finished seventh; 33rd of 50 in the 1,500-meter run … Improved his conference qualifying mark in the 800m at the Oregon Relays with a 1:54.04 … Finished seventh in the 1,500-meter (4:05.16) and in the 800-meter with 1:57.79 … Placed third in the 800-meter at the Pacific (Ore.) Twilight meet with a 1:54.92.
 
PRIOR TO PORTLAND STATE:
Earned three letters in track and two in cross country at Battle Mountain High School… also played soccer… named Team MVP as a senior and Most Improved in junior and senior seasons on the track team… named Most Improved cross country athlete in senior year… selected to all-league and all-state track and cross country teams for last three years of high school career… broke six school records and never placed below fifth in track during senior season.
