Placed 53rd overall at the Lewis & Clark Opener, running the 5k in 16:42.93.
 

2025 INDOOR:

Set a personal best in the mile with a finish in 4:40.42 at the UW Invitational (1/31-2/1)...Part of mixed 4x400-meter relay that moved up to fifth all-time with its finish in 4:06.90 at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/26)...Also shaved six and a half second off his personal best in the 1,000 meters while finishing in 2:46.91 at the Portland Indoor 1...Set a new personal best in the mile with his finish in 4:42.09 at the Mile City meet (1/18)...Shaved more than 13 seconds off his indoor best in the 3k while finishing in 9:19.78 at the Spokane Invitational (12/14)...Came within a few hundredths of a second in the 1k from going 3-for-3 for personal bests at the PSU vs. Dual Meet (11/25) while competing in the 600m (1:32.70), 1,000m (2:53.58) and 3,000m (9:33.17).
 

2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

Finished 192nd overall as the Vikings' fourth runner at the NCAA West Regional (11/15), setting a new 10k personal best with his time of 33:59.0...Placed 57th overall as the Vikings' fourth runner at the Big Sky Championships (11/1), running the 8k in 27:01.6...Closed out the Vikings' team score as the team's fifth runner at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (10/11), finishing 143rd overall while running the 8k in 26:57.3...Set a new 8k personal best with his finish in 26:45.8 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5), where he placed 129th overall as the Vikings' fourth runner...Improved his 6k personal best from two weeks ago by nearly a full minute, finishing in 19:23.9 at the Gator Cross (9/14)...Placed 58th overall at the Linfield Harrier Classic (8/31), running the 6k in 20:18.04.
 

2024 OUTDOOR:

Shaved close to a second off his seasonal best in the 1,500 meters while finishing in 4:17.91 at the Portland Twilight (5/4)...Set seasonal bests in the 800 (2:09.42) and 1,500 (4:18.70) meters while also running a leg on the Vikings' first 4x400-meter relay (3:37.72) of the outdoor season at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/13)...Finished the 800 meters in 2:13.49 at the Jenn Boyman Memorial Invitational (4/6)...Ran his first 5k as a Viking at the Pacific Open (3/30), finishing in 16:35.69...Shaved close to three seconds off his seasonal best in the 1,500 meters with a finish in 4:22.91 at the Oregon Preview (3/23)...Doubled in the 800 and 1,500 meters at the Electric Forest Collegiate Open (3/16), finishing in 2:13.14 and 4:25.83, respectively...Made his outdoor debut at the Erik Anderson Memorial Icebreaker (3/2), running the 800 meters in 2:11.92.
 

2024 INDOOR:

Ran a leg on one of the Vikings' two 4x400-meter relay teams at the Portland Indoor Three (2/18), finishing second in 3:48.95...Ran his first 600-meter race at the Portland Indoor One (1/21), finishing in 1:37.78...Made his PSU debut at the UW Indoor Preview (1/13), running the 1,000 meters in 2:53.46.
 

AT SEATTLE PACIFIC (2022-23):

Competed in cross country and one meet of indoor for Seattle Pacific during the 2022-23 school year…Ran for Seattle Pacific in the 10k at the 2022 NCAA Division II West Regional, placing 129th overall in 34:25.3…Placed 178th at NCAA DII Pre-Nationals for Seattle Pacific, finishing the 8k in 27:33.9.
 

GRANT HIGH SCHOOL:

Named MVP of his cross country team as a senior…Sportsman of the Year at Grant HS as a senior…Earned the Grant High School Heart and Soul award as a freshman…Set the school record in the cross country 3k.
