2021 OUTDOOR:

Moved up to sixth all-time in the 5k at Portland State with a personal-best time of 14:16.28 at the Stumptown Twilight (6/3)...Ran the 1,500 meters at the Portland Track Festival (5/29), finishing in 3:51.43...Doubled in the 1,500 and 5,000 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/14-15), finishing 16th in the 1,500 (3:55.73) and 13th in the 5k (15:04.67...Posted the fastest 1,500-meter time by a Viking since 2001 while setting a new personal best of 3:48.39 at the Oregon Twilight (5/7)...Moved up to fourth all-time in the 1,500 meters at Portland State off of his time at the Oregon Twilight...Ran his second steeplechase at the Oregon Relays (4/23-24), finishing in 9:22.19...Moved up to third all-time in the 3,000-meter steeplechase while finishing in 9:14.30 and making his debut in the event at the Hayward Premiere (4/2).
 

2019 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set the second-best time and third-best finish ever by a Viking at the NCAA West Regional (11/15), placing 54th overall in 31:00.2...Finished as the Vikings' top runner at the Big Sky Championships (11/2), placing 28th overall in 28:26.8...Made his Viking debut at the Bronco Invitational (10/19), where he finished second in the Vikings' lineup and 54th overall in 24:57.7.

AT BOISE STATE (2015-19):

Ran a collegiate-best 3:53.30 in the 1,500 meters at the Stanford Twilight in 2016…Helped the Broncos’ Distance Medley Relay team place fifth at the indoor conference championships in 2017…Reached the finals of the outdoor 1,500 meters at the Mountain West Championships in 2018, placing 11th in 3:53.41.
 

PREP:

Placed seventh at the 2014 English National Track & Field Championships after running personal bests of 1:52.81 in the 800 meters and 3:49.46 in the 1,500 meters…Placed 13th at the English Schools Championships in cross country, as well as 16th at the Inter Counties Championships in 2013…Four consecutive top-five finishes in the 1,5000 meters at four consecutive championship races in 2011 and 2012.
