2025 CROSS COUNTRY

Finished 42nd overall as the Vikings' second runner at the Big Sky Championships (11/1), running the 5k in 18:09.2...Shaved 10 seconds off her 5k personal best with her finish at the Big Sky meet despite the course being at 4800 feet of elevation...Placed 18th overall at the Bronco Invitational (10/18) while shaving 11 seconds off her 6k personal best with her finish in 21:16.8...Shaved nearly 45 seconds off her 6k personal best while placing 13th overall in 21:27.90 at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/27)...Recorded her highest individual finish and her first top 10 at the Ash Creek Festival (9/12), placing seventh overall in 18:21.0...Shaved nearly a minute off her personal best in the cross country 5k while placing 13th overall in 18:19.71 at the Lewis & Clark Opener (8/29).
 

2025 OUTDOOR

Shaved a second off her personal best in the 1,500 meters with a finish in 4:44.92 at the Pac-12 Open (5/10)...Cracked 2:20 in the 800 for the first time outdoors with a personal best of 2:19.64 at the OSU High Performance Meet (5/2-3)...Set personal bests in the 1,500 (4:45.83) and 5,000 (18:18.57) meters at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/18-19)...Shaved two seconds off her outdoor best in the 800 meters with a finish in 2:21.46 at the John Knight Twilight (4/11-12)...Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters at the Oregon Preview (3/21-22), finishing in 4:47.17...Ran the 800 (2:24.60) and 1,500 (4:48.17) meters at the L&C Electric Forest Opener (3/8).
 

2025 INDOOR

Set personal bests in the 800 meters (2:19.94) and mile (5:10.86) at the UW Invitational (2/1)...Shaved two seconds off her personal best in the mile with her finish in 5:17.38 at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/26)...Moved up to fifth all-time in the 1,000 meters while shaving four seconds off her previous best with her finish in 3:00.03 at the UW Preview (1/17)...Won the 800 meters at the Spokane Invitational (12/14), finishing in 2:24.02...Also ran the mile in 5:19.48 at the Spokane Invite...Moved up to eighth all-time in the 1k while finishing in 3:04.18 at the PSU vs. UP Dual Meet (11/25).
 

2024 CROSS COUNTRY

Ran as the Vikings' third runner at the NCAA West Regional (11/15), finishing the 6k 227th overall in 23:12.2...Finished 71st overall as the Vikings' third runner at the Big Sky Championships (11/1), running the 5k in 19:59.1...Placed third in the Vikings' lineup at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (10/11), finishing 141st overall while running the 6k in 23:26.3...Nearly set a top 10 mark in the 4k at the Gator Cross (9/14), finishing in 14:26.7 to place 36th overall and third in the Vikings' lineup...Placed 27th overall as the Vikings' fourth runner at the Linfield Harrier Classic (8/31), running the 4k in 15:27.63.
 

2024 OUTDOOR

Finished the 1,500 meters in 4:53.62 at the Portland Twilight (5/4)...Set seasonal bests in the 800 and 1,500 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/26-27), finishing in 2:23.39 and 4:52.83, respectively...Doubled in the 800 and 1,500 meters at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/13), finishing in 2:24.97 and 4:58.04, respectively...Placed fourth in the 1,500 meters at the Jenn Boyman Memorial Invitational (4/6), finishing in 5:01.19...Shaved close to 18 seconds off her season-opening time in the 1,500 meters, finishing in 4:57.86 at the Oregon Preview (3/23)...Saw her first action since the fall cross country season while running the 1,500 meters in 5:15.59 at the Electric Forest Collegiate Open (3/16).
 

2023 CROSS COUNTRY

Placed 226th overall as the Vikings' fourth runner at the NCAA West Regional (11/10), running the 6k in 23:23.2...Finished fifth in the Vikings' lineup and 70th overall at the Big Sky Championships (10/27), running the 5k in 20:03.5...Shaved 82 seconds off her personal best in the 6k while finishing 103rd overall in 22:10.5 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/14)...Finished 120th overall while running her first 5k of the season in 20:08.0 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (9/30)...Placed 25th overall while running the 6k in 23:32.8 at the Oak Knoll Loop Run (9/16), where the Vikings won the team race by a single point...Finished fourth in the Vikings' lineup while placing 39th overall at the season-opening Linfield Harrier Classic (9/1), running the 4k in 15:15.6.
 

2023 OUTDOOR

Came within a few tenths of a second of his personal best in the 800 meters while finishing in 2:23.48 at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/12-13)...Also ran her first outdoor 5k as a Viking at the Portland Distance Carnival, finishing in 19:26.17...Shaved a second off her 1,500-meter personal best while finishing in 4:47.60 at the Portland Twilight (5/5)...Set a new personal best in the 800 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29), finishing in 2:23.35...Also ran the 1,500 meters at the OSU meet, finishing in 4:51.28...Ran her first 1,500-meter race as a Viking at the Larry Byerly L&C Invite (4/14-15), finishing in 4:48.60...Ran the 800 (2:27.37) and a leg of one of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay teams (4:18.50) at the Pacific Open (4/1)...Made her Viking debut at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18), running the 800 meters in 2:25.44...Also part of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that won the event in 4:12.32.
