2023 OUTDOOR:

Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the 3k steeplechase...Finished 42nd overall in the steeplechase at the NCAA West Prelims...Scored for the Vikings with an eighth-place finish in the steeplechase at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/12-13)...Broke the school record in the steeplechase while setting a nine-second personal best of 10:14.62 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29)...Knocked significant chunks of time off her personal bests in the 1,500 meters (six seconds) and 3k steeplechase (eight seconds) while finishing in 4:33.18 and 10:23.29 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/13-15)...Her time in the steeplechase put her on the qualifying bubble for the NCAA West Prelims...Shaved 12 seconds off her personal best in the 3k steeplechase while finishing in 10:31.57 at the Stanford Invitational (3/31)...Broke the school record in the 2k steeplechase by more than 54 seconds while winning the event by more than 23 seconds with her finish in 6:41.82 at the Oregon Preview (3/18).
 

2023 INDOOR:

Ran the opening 1,200-meter leg of the Viking's DMR team that placed second in 11:36.81 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25), tying the highest finish ever by the Vikings in the event...Set personal bests in the mile and 3k at the Husky Classic (2/10-11), finishing in 4:58.15 and 9:46.37, respectively...Moved up to sixth all time in the 3k and eighth all time in the mile with her times at the Husky Classic...Ran the opening leg of the Vikings' school record-breaking distance medley relay team at the UW Invitational (1/27-28)...DMR team broke a 16-year-old record by more than 18 seconds, finishing in 11:36.53...Also moved up to No. 10 all time in the mile at the UW Invite, as she won her heat by more than seven seconds in a time of 5:02.29.
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Posted her best-ever finish at the NCAA West Regional (11/11), placing second in the Vikings' lineup and 69th overall...Moved up to third all time in the cross country 6k at Portland State with a new personal best of 20:33.3 at the NCAA West Regional...Finished as the team's second runner at the Big Sky Championships (10/28), placing 17th overall in a time of 17:16.0...Moved up to seventh all time in the cross country 5k at Portland State with her time at the Big Sky meet...Placed 69th as the Vikings' third runner at Pre-Nationals (10/15), finishing the 6k in 22:02.2...Became the first Viking -- man or woman -- to win a race at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2), finishing first at this year's edition of the meet by eight seconds, crossing the line in the women's 5k in 17:51.5.
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Placed 10th in the steeplechase at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/11-14), finishing the race at elevation in 11:05.79...Dipped under 4:40 in the 1,500 meters for the first time while finishing in 4:39.60 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30)...Lowered her personal best in the steeplechase by 12 seconds while finishing in 10:43.43 at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/14)...Became just the second woman in school history to crack 11 minutes in the steeplechase despite only making her debut in the event at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/2)...Moved up to No. 2 all-time in the steeplechase in the PSU record book while winning the event in 10:55.89 at the NW Distance Jamboree...Shaved three seconds off her personal best in the 1,500 meters while placing fifth overall in 4:41.95 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19).
 

2022 INDOOR:

Part of the Vikings' Distance Medley Relay team that placed ninth in 12:28.04 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25-26)...Also ran the 3k at the Big Sky meet, placing 28th overall in 10:38.60...Ran her first mile race as a Viking at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13), finishing in 5:11.39...Moved up to 10th all-time in the 3,000 meters with a new personal best of 10:02.56 at the Husky Classic (2/11-12)...Shaved five seconds off her personal best in the 3k with a time of 10:16.24 while placing third as part of a 1-5 Viking finish at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5)...Finished fourth as part of a 1-5 Viking finish in the 3k at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23), crossing the line in 10:21.82.
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Helped the Vikings place 11th at the NCAA West Regional (11/12), tied for their best finish ever at the meet...Finished the women's 6k at the NCAA West REgional 117th overall in 22:07.9...Shaved 76 seconds off her 6k time from the Roy Griak Invite while placing 30th overall in 21:27.4 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/16)...Finished as the Vikings' fifth runner at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/24), where she helped lead the Vikings to an upset of three regionally ranked teams while placing 69th overall in 22:43.5...Moved up to ninth all-time in the 4k while finishing in 14:31.2 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where she placed 19th overall.
 

2021 OUTDOOR:

Placed 19th in the 5k at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/14-15), finishing in 18:37.79...Jumped up to fifth in the freshman rankings in the 5k while shaving eight seconds off her personal best with a time of 17:49.51 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30-5/1)...Moved up to sixth all-time in the freshman rankings within the 5,000 meters, finishing in 17:57.53 at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/3)...Ran the ninth-fastest time by a PSU freshman in the 1,500 meters while finishing in 4:45.21 at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Classic (3/20).
 

2020-21 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 31st overall as the Vikings' third runner at the Big Sky Cross Country Winter Championships (2/27), finishing in 18:41.1.
 

AIR ACADEMY HIGH SCHOOL:

Four-time all-area selection in cross country…Two-time all-area selection in track & field (2017, 2018)…Also earned all-area honors in basketball as a junior (2019)…Won a Colorado 4A state team title with Air Academy as a freshman (2017).
