(2010-11) Competed once in the shot put and recorded a mark of 40-6.25 at the Jacksons Open (Dec. 4).
(2009-10) Competed in two meets … Recorded season-best 40-5.75 in the weight throw at the Jacksons Open (Dec. 5) … Followed up with a 39-4.5 at the UW Indoor Preview (Jan. 16).
 
OUTDOOR TRACK:
(2011) Participated in four outdoor track meets … Threw the discus for the first time and recorded a distance of 110-9 a the Pacific Preview (March 12) … Recorded a career-best distance of 153-8 in the hammer throw at the Pacific Twilight (April 29) which is fourth all-time at Portland State.
(2010) Participated in the hammer throw at the Saints Open (March 13) and Pacific Twilight (May 1) … Threw a personal-best 129-4 at the season closing Pacific Twilight (May 1).
 
PRIOR TO PORTLAND STATE:
Competed one season at University of North Dakota … Finished 12th in the weight throw and 15th in the shot put at Great West Indoor Championships … Placed 15th in the discus at Great West Outdoor Championships … Three-year letter winner in both wrestling and track and field at Aloha High School … Also lettered one season in football … State track and field participant.
