2014 OUTDOOR:
Competed in the discus at the Big Sky Championships (5/17), finishing 20th with a throw of 120-00 (36.59m)…Threw a seasonal-best 141-05 (43.11m) while placing 12th in the discus at the OSU High Performance meet (5/2)…Threw a seasonal-best 38-00.00 (11.58m) while placing sixth in the shot put at the Willamette Invitational (3/29).

2014 INDOOR:
Competed in the shot put at four meets during the season…Threw a season-best 39-04.00 (11.99m) at the Cherry & Silver Invitational (1/25/14)…Also cleared 39 feet with a throw of 39-01.25 (11.92m) at the UW Invitational (2/1/14)…Threw 37-04.00 (11.38m) at the Husky Classic (2/15/14) and 37-00.50 (11.29m) at the UW Indoor Preview.

2013 OUTDOOR:
Competed exclusively in the discus at eight different meets during the season…Set a new personal best with a throw of 137-11 (42.05m) at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational (4/27/13)…Placed 12th in the discus at the Big Sky Championships (5/11/13) with a throw of 136-1 (41.48m).

2012 OUTDOOR:
Participated in seven meets during the 2012 outdoor track season in both the shot put and discus events…Tallied a season-best discus throw at the Oregon Twilight with a mark of 134-6 and a sixth-place finish…Recorded her top season mark in the shot put at the Oregon Preview with a mark of 39-03.75 (a new personal best), putting her fourth overall…Took 13th at the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the discus with a distance of 131-6…Was named to the 2012 outdoor track and field Big Sky All-Academic Team. 
 
2012 INDOOR:
Participated in five indoor track meets, all in the shot put…Finished seventh at the Jacksons Open (12/2/11) with a mark of 37-10.00 (11.53m)…Finished ninth in the shot put at the UW Indoor Preview (1/12/12) with a mark of 40-00.00 (12.19m)…Threw a season best of 41-04.50 (12.61m) at the Cherry & Silver Invitational (1/21/12)…Also participated in the shot put at the UW Invitational (1/27/12) and the UW Husky Classic (2/11/12).
 
2011 OUTDOOR:
Competed in eight outdoor meets, participating in both the shot put and discus…Best finish in the shot put was a third-place finish at the Pacific Preview (3/12/11)…First career discus throw was at the Pacific Preview…Set season and personal best in the discus with a fourth-place finish at the Willamette Invitational (4/2/11) with a mark of 136-1…Set a season and personal best in the outdoor shot put with a throw of 38-1.25 at the Mondo Invitational (2/9/11).
 
2011 INDOOR:
Competed in six indoor meets, all in the shot put…First career throw came at the Jacksons Open (12/4/10) with a mark of 38-7.50 to finish fifth overall…First time breaking the 40 foot mark was at the Cherry & Silver Invitational (1/22/11) with a mark of 40-4.75 to finish fifth in her flight and 18th overall…Best finish came at the Big Sky Indoor Championship (2/26/12) where she finished ninth overall with a season and personal-best throw of 42-6.25.
 
COEUR d’ALENE HIGH SCHOOL:
Earned four letters in track and two in volleyball…State discus champion in 2009 and runner-up in 2010…Fourth-place in shot put last season…Named “Meet of Champions” Athlete of the Meet in 2010…Was MVP of track team as a junior…Named volleyball team’s most inspirational during junior season…Volleyball team finished third in state in 2008.
