2019 OUTDOOR:

Ran the steeplechase in 10:29.33 at the Portland Track Festival (6/8-9)...Placed 42nd in the steeplechase at the NCAA West Prelims (5/23-25), finishing in 10:31.76...Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the steeplechase for the second straight season, finishing the season ranked 36th in the west region...Won her second straight Big Sky title in the steeplechase, beating her nearest competitor by six and a half seconds while finishing in 10:36.36 at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/8-11)...Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters while finishing in 4:36.48 at the OSU High Performance meet (4/26-27)...Ran a time likely to qualify her for the NCAA West Prelims at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/18-19), finishing the steeplechase in 10:23.36...Made her outdoor debut with a time of 10:42.03 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational (3/29).
 

2019 INDOOR:

Scored for the Vikings while running a leg of the team’s distance medley relay that placed eighth in 12:30.73 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/21-23)...Moved up to ninth all time in the DMR with her team’s time at the Big Sky meet...Also ran the 3,000 meters at the Big Sky meet, finishing 16th in a seasonal-best time of 10:15.37...Moved up to fourth all time in the 5,000 meters with her time of 17:29.47 at the UW Invitational (1/25-26)...Placed third in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:22.79 at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open and Multi Events (1/12).
 

2018 CROSS COUNTRY:

Broke the school record in the 6k while placing 39th overall in 20:48.1 at the NCAA West Regional (11/9)...Her 39th-place finish at the NCAA West Regional was the second highest ever by a Viking women's runner at the regional, and the best since Melissa Telford placed 28th overall in 1999...Earned All-Big Sky honors with a 10th-place finish at the Big Sky Championships (10/27)...Became just the second two-time All-Big Sky honoree in cross country, after she also placed 10th in 2016...Joined teammate Kaila Gibson in the top 10 at the Big Sky meet, making them the first teammates in program history to finish in the top 10 together at the conference meet...Also placed in the top 40 of the NCAA West Regional with Gibson, making them the first teammates in program history to finish in the top 40 together at the regional...Moved up to third all time in the 5k at Portland State with her finish in 17:01.2 at the Big Sky meet...Led the Vikings to a team win while placing second overall at the Cougar Classic, the program's first-ever win at a meet hosted by a Pac-12 school...Moved up to third all time in the 4k at Portland State with her finish in 14:19.9 at the season-opening Viking 'Rust-Buster' (9/1).

Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds in the steeplechase, making her the first Viking - man or woman - to ever qualify in the event...Placed 40th in 10:35.77 in the steeplechase at the NCAA West Prelims (5/24-26)...Became the first Viking in school history to win the Big Sky title in the steeplechase, finishing in 10:30.35 at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/8-11)...Ran the 1,500 meters in 4:41.44 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/27-28)...Broke the school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase for a second time while winning the event in 10:21.56 at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/19)...Ran the 5,000 meters in 17:21.25 at the SF State Distance Carnival (3/30-31)...Broke the school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase for the first time while making her debut in the event in 10:58.17 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16-17).

Competed in the 3,000 meters at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/22-24), placing 29th in 10:47.70...Shaved close to 18 seconds off her personal best in the 3,000 meters while moving up to sixth all time in the event with her finish in 9:54.42 at the UW Indoor Open (2/11)...Set a personal best in her first race of the season, finishing the indoor 5,000 meters in 17:33.71 at the UW Invitational (1/26-27).
