Set the PSU freshman record in the 5k while also moving up to fifth all time in the event with his finish in 14:49.26 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25)...Also moved up to second in the freshman record book for the 3k with his time of 8:32.36 at the Big Sky meet...Moved up to third in the freshman record books in the 3k while finishing in 8:35.95 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5)...Shaved more than 30 seconds off his indoor best in the mile with a time of 4:27.55 at the Portland Indoor One (1/22).
 

FRANKLIN HIGH SCHOOL:

Earned first-team all-PIL honors with a sixth-place finish at the 6A-1 Portland Interscholastic League (PIL) Championships as a senior…Finished 30th at the OSAA 6A State Championships as a senior…Finished third in the outdoor 3,000 meters at the 6A-1 Portland Interscholastic League Championships as a senior…Qualified for the OSAA 6A State Championships in the 3,000 meters as a senior…Helped his cross country team win the OSAA 6A State team title as a sophomore in 2019.
