2026 INDOOR:

Placed second in the long jump with a mark of 17-06.25 (5.34m) at the GFU Indoor #2 (2/21)...Set personal bests in the 200m (26.07) and long jump (17-06.75, 5.35m) at the Husky Classic (2/13-14)...Shaved more than two and a half seconds off her personal best in the 300 meters while finishing in 44.09 seconds at the Portland Indoor 2 (2/8)...Ran the opening leg of the Vikings' record-breaking 4x200-meter relay team that finished in 1:42.19 at the Inland Northwest Invitational (1/31)...Also ran the 60 meters (7.93) and long jump (17-01.25, 5.21m) at the Inland Northwest Invite...Set an overall best in the 200 meters with a finish in 26.63 seconds, placing her fourth overall at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/25).
 

2025 INDOOR:

Shaved half a second of her personal best in the 200 meters with her finish in 27.08 seconds at the UW Invitational (1/31-2/1)...Part of the mixed 4x400-meter relay team that moved up to fifth all-time with its finish in 4:06.90 at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/26)...Also set an overall best in the 200 meters with her finish in 27.55 seconds at the Portland Indoor 1.
 

2024 OUTDOOR:

Set an overall best in the 200 meters while placing third in 27.57 seconds at the Erik Anderson Memorial Icebreaker (3/2).
 

2024 INDOOR:

Ran a rare 300-meter race in 46.71 seconds at the Portland Indoor One (1/21)...Made her track debut at the UW Indoor Preview (1/13), running the 200 meters in 27.88 seconds.
 

ARLINGTON HIGH SCHOOL:

Four-year letterwinner in soccer, track & field and cross country…Varsity Captain in soccer… two-time first team all-league selection…  named Offensive MVP in 2020-2021… All-league selection in both track & field and cross country… four-time Scholar Athlete honoree.

Daughter of Richard and Katasha Rideout… has one sister, Breejha and one brother, Xavier…Also competes for the Portland State women's soccer team... majoring in criminology & criminal justice.
