2018 OUTDOOR:
Set a new PSU best in the 200 meters with her finish in 25.71 seconds at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/27-28)...Ran the 200 and 400 meters in 26.40 and 58.34 seconds, respectively, at the Cougar Open (4/21)...Placed second in the 400 meters at the Pelluer Invitational (4/13-14) in 58.03 seconds...Shaved seven-tenths of a second off her seasonal best in the 400 meters with her finish in 57.86 seconds at the John Knight Twilight (4/6)...Placed second in the 400 meters at the Al Manuel Northwest Dual Invite (3/31), finishing in 58.56 seconds...Competed in her first 800-meter race as a Viking at the Willamette Invitational (3/24), finishing in 2:35.95...Ran the 100 and 200 meters at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16-17), finishing in 12.89 and 26.20 seconds, respectively.

2018 INDOOR:
Shaved three-hundredths of a second off her personal best in the 200 meters with her finish in 26.11 seconds at the UW Indoor Open (2/11)...Set personal bests in the 200 and 400 meters at the Idaho Duals (2/2), finishing in 26.14 and 58.46 seconds, respectively...Part of the Vikings’ 4x400-meter relay team that finished in a seasonal-best 3:56.68 at the UW Invitational (1/26-27)...Set personal bests in the 60 and 200 meters at the Bronco Invitational (1/20), finishing in 8.15 and 26.38 seconds, respectively...Set a new personal best in the 200 meters while finishing in 26.53 seconds at the Vandal Invitational and Multi Events (1/13/18)...Also part of the Vikings’ winning 4x400-meter relay team at the Vandal Invite.

2017 OUTDOOR:
Set a new PSU personal best in both the 200 and 400 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/10-13), finishing in 25.86 and 57.34 seconds, respectively...Moved up to ninth all-time in the 400 meters at Portland State with her time at the Big Sky meet...Set a new Portland State personal best in the 200 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29), finishing in 25.95 seconds...Shaved close to a full second off her Portland State personal best in the 400 meters with her finish in 57.70 seconds at the Triton Invitational (4/22)...Set Portland State personal bests in the 200 and 400 meters at the Legends of Track & Field Invitational (3/31-4/1), finishing in 25.99 and 58.61 seconds, respectively...Knocked two-hundredths off her seasonal best in the 400 meters at the Willamette Invitational, finishing in 58.71 seconds...Ran her first 200-meter race outdoors as a Viking at the Willamette Invite, and finished in 26.27 seconds...Ran the 400 meters in 58.73 seconds while opening her season at the Trojan Invitational (3/18).

2017 INDOOR:
Competed in the 4x400-meter relay and distance medley relay at the Big Sky Championships (2/23-25)...Scored for the Vikings with a seventh-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay, and moved up to sixth all-time in the event with her team’s time of 3:50.99...Ran the 200 and 400 meters at the UW Indoor Open (2/12)...Made her debut in the 200 meters at the UW Indoor Open, finishing in 26.60 seconds...Set a  new personal best in the 400 meters at the UW Indoor Open, finishing in 59.51 seconds...Competed in the 60 meters at the Cougar Indoor Invitational (2/4), and finished with a best time of 8.18 seconds...Set a new personal best in the 400 meters at the Idaho Duals (2/3), finishing in 59.57 seconds...Shaved more than eight seconds off her time in the 4x400-meter relay with a finish in 3:53.76 at the UW Invitational (1/27-28)...Made her PSU debut at the UW Indoor Preview (1/14), competing in the 400 and 4x400-meter relay...Finished the 400 in 1:00.43, and the 4x400-meter relay in 4:02.09 at the UW Indoor Preview.
 
THE NORTHWEST SCHOOL:
Won three straight titles in the 400 meters (2014-16)…Also placed third in the state in the 200 meters as a senior, and fifth in the 100 meters...Set the district meet record while winning the 400 meters in 56.69 seconds as a senior...Also won the district title in the 200 meters...Swept the league titles in the 100, 200 and 400 meters as a senior, giving her a total of 12 league titles throughout her high school career...Placed 24th in the 400 meters at the Junior Olympic National Championships in 2014…Finished second with her team at the 2015 state meet…Team finished second in its league in 2014 and 2015…Placed fourth in the 200 meters at the state meet in 2015…Placed sixth in the 100 and 200 meters at the 2014 state meet…Placed eighth in the 100 meters at the 2015 state meet…Has won three straight district titles in the 400 meters (2013, 2014, 2015)…Holds school records in the 100, 200 and 400 meters, and was also part of the school record-breaking 4x400-meter relay team…Has won three straight league titles in the 100, 200 and 400 meters (2013, 2014, 2015)…Part of the 4x400-meter relay team that won a league title in 2015…Named a state athlete of the week in 2014…Named the Northwest School Track Athlete of the Year in 2013, 2014 and 2015…Competed in track & field during all four years of high school while also playing three years of volleyball…Has also competed for the Auburn Elite Track Club since 2013.
