2023 OUTDOOR:

Ran the 10k in 30:29.13 at the Portland Track Festival (6/3-4)...Became the first Viking ever to score in the men's 10k at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/12-13), placing fourth in 31:24.61...Ran the 5k in 14:30.01 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29)...Moved up to fourth all time in the 10k while winning his section of the event by close to three seconds with his finish in 30:01.99 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/13-15)...Shaved close to 90 seconds off his personal best in the 10k with his finish at the Bryan Clay Invite...Won the 5k by more than 45 seconds while setting a 10-second personal best and moving up to ninth all time in the event with his finish in 14:28.32 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/18).
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Closed out his season at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14), finishing the 10k in 31:42.02...Shaved more than 27 seconds off her seasonal best in the 5k at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30), finishing in 14:54.94...Moved up to 10th all-time in the 10k while finishing in 31:29.75 at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/14)...Ran in the open section of the 5k at the Hayward Premiere (4/1-2), finishing in 15:22.40.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Ran the 5k at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25-26), placing 20th in 15:39.81...Moved up to fourth all-time in the 5,000 meters with a personal best of 14:55.02 at the Husky Classic (2/11-12)...Led the Vikings with a fourth-place finish in the 3k at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5), finishing in 8:45.27...Made his indoor season debut at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23), running the 3k in 8:44.00.
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Helped lead the Vikings to their best finish ever at the NCAA West Regional (11/12), as the team placed eighth -- eight spots better than their previous best finish at the meet...Finished 75th overall in 31:25.0, moving him up to seventh all-time in the cross country 10k at Portland State...Placed 31st overall in a time of 24:45.9 as the Vikings' third finisher at the Big Sky Championships (10/29)...Passed 94 runners after the mile to place 83rd overall at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/24), where he helped the Vikings beat three other regionally ranked teams at the meet...Finished as the Vikings' fourth runner at the Griak Invite, crossing the line at the hilly course in 26:04.6...Made his Viking debut at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where he finished the 6k race 15th overall in a time of 19:12.5.

Placed 33rd overall at the 2019 NCAA Northeast Regional, finishing in a personal-best 29:41.9…Finished 28th overall and second on his team at the 2018 Ivy League Heptagonal Championships…Dartmouth Invitational Champion’s Group…Academic All-Ivy…Second-team All-Ivy League honoree.
