(2010) Raced in three meets … Was the top-finisher at the Mike Hodges        Invitational, 45-of-165, clocking a 21:28.39 in the four-mile race (Oct. 15) … Also competed at the John Frank Memorial (22:56.90, four-mile) and Sundodger Invitational (28:14.60, 8k) (Sept. 3 and 18).

(2008) Opened the season at the Pre’s Trail Run 7k, finishing in 25:34.02… clocked 28:15.10 at the Lewis & Clark 8k… ran the Willamette Invitational 8k in 27:58.56… finished the Mike Hodges Invitational 4M in 21:47… completed the Beaver Classic 8k in 27:36… finished the Big Sky Championships 8K course in 26:53.9.
 
INDOOR TRACK:
(2011-12) Competed in four indoor meets including twice in the indoor heptathlon for the first time in his career … Recorded a career-best in the heptathlon at the UW Invitational (Jan. 27-28) with a mark of 3,710 points … During the heptathlon at the UW Invitational he set personal best marks in the high jump (5-04.25/1.63m), the pole vault (8-10.25/2.70) and the long jump (17-11.00/5.46m) … He set a personal-best mark in the indoor shot put at the UW Indoor Preview (Jan. 14) with a distance of 35-09.25 (10.90m) … Ran the 60-meter hurdles for the first time in his career at the UW Indoor Preview and posted a career-best mark of 9.89 … Ran the 60-meters first time at the UW Invitational and posted a mark of 7.99.
(2010-11) Ran in four meets during the indoor season … Opened the season with the 4x400-meter relay at the Jacksons Open (Dec. 4) … Ran the mile in three meets … Set season-best in the mil at the Husky Classic (Feb. 12) with a time of 4:21.13.
(2009-10) Ran in three meets … Clocked the seventh-best time in school history in the 1,000-meters, 2:37.46, at the Jacksons Open (Dec. 5) … Registered his fastest mile of the season, 4:27.79, at the UW Invitational (Jan. 30) … Also ran on the 4x400 relay team at the Jacksons Open, registering a 3:38.22 with the rest of the relay team (Dec. 5).
(2008-09) Ran a 10:07.1 at the Runners Soul Open in the 3,000-meter.

(2011) Participated in four meets … Competed once each in the 800-meters, 1,500-meters, 2,000 and 3,000-meter steeplechase, shot put and 400-meters … Started the outdoor season with a time of 2:12.46 at the Pacific Preview (March 12) … Ran a time of 4:17.39 at the Pacific Preview … Ran career-best times o f 6:24.44 in the 2,000-meter steeplechase at the Oregon Preview (March 19) and 10:13.28 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Willamette Invitational (April 2) … Set personal-bests in the shot put (28-9) and 400-meters (56.02) at the Pacific Twilight (April 30).
(2010) Competed in five meets … Ran a season-best 2:03.58 in the 800-meters at the Saints Open (March 13) … Improved his time in the 1,500-meters each time, starting at a 4:15 (March 20, Oregon Preview) and falling to a 4:03.22  (May 1, Pacific Twilight).
(2009) Posted a 4:16.77 in the 1,500 meter at the Erik Anderson Icebreaker; 23rd out of 39 in 800-meter run … Finished seventh in the 2,000-meter steeple chase at Oregon Preview with a 6:47.98 … Clocked a 4:08.49 in the 1,500 meter run at the Willamette Invitational.
 
PRIOR TO PORTLAND STATE:
Earned three letters in cross country, track, swimming and water polo at Crescent Valley High School… named to district first team in cross country, track and swimming… Rotary award winner.
