Competed athletically for Aloha HS but was homeschooled through the Abeka Academy and Portland Community College…Placed third in back-to-back years at districts with her cross country team (2018, 2019)…Placed seventh in the outdoor 1,500 meters at districts as a junior…Competed for the Beaverton Youth Track Club from 2016-18, and the Bowerman Youth Track Club in 2016…Placed third at state in the 800 and 1,500 meters with her club team in 2018.

Daughter of Carla and Dennis Desmond…One of eight children in her family between four boys and four girls…Four brothers are Nate, Graham, Bennet and Spencer…Three sisters are Maddie, Mikell and Megan…Lists hiking, adventuring, drawing and playing guitar as hobbies/interests…Plans on majoring in business administration with a minor in math.
