2015 OUTDOOR:
Set personal bests in the hammer and triple jump while competing in each event for the Vikings at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/13-16)...Set his personal best in the hammer with a throw of 164-04 (40.10m) at the Big Sky meet...Moved up to seventh all-time in the triple jump with his personal-best jump of 45-07.00 (13.89m)...Made the hammer-triple jump double at five meets during the season...Originally moved up to second all-time in the hammer at Portland State with a throw of 163-02 (49.74m) at the Oregon Relays (4/17), which was the best throw by a Viking in 44 years at the time of the meet.

2015 INDOOR:
Competed in the triple jump and weight throw at the Big Sky Championships (2/28)...Moved up to second all-time in the weight throw with a personal-best throw of 51-09.75 (15.79m) at the Cavalier Throw Invitational (2/6)...Set a new personal best in the triple jump with a mark of 42-11.75 (13.10m) at the Husky Classic (2/14).

2014 OUTDOOR:
Did not compete during the outdoor season.

2014 INDOOR:
Competed in the weight throw at four meets during the season, his first season competing in the throws for Portland State…Ended the season with a personal-best throw of 48-00.50 (14.64m) at the Husky Classic (2/14/14)…Moved up to second all-time in the weight throw with his mark at the Husky Classic.

2013 OUTDOOR:
Placed 15th in the 100 meters at the Oregon Preview (3/16/13), running the distance in a season-best 11.46 seconds…Part of the Vikings’ 4x100-meter relay team that placed fourth at the Willamette Invitational (3/30/13) in 42.99 seconds.
 
2013 INDOOR:
Ran a season-best time of 7.20 seconds in the 60 meters at the UW Invitational (1/26/13)…Placed second in the 30 meters (4.13 seconds) and third in the 200 meters (24.13 seconds) at the Portland Indoor (2/17/13).
 
SOUTH EUGENE HIGH SCHOOL:
A dual-sport athlete competing in soccer and track and field, earning two letters in each…Won a conference championship in soccer, and twice made the 6A State Soccer Tournament…Two-time conference finalist in track and field…Nominated for the National Honor Society…World of Children Award nominee and finalist…M-Awards nominee (celebrating athletes on a mission)…Participated in the National Youth Leadership Forum with regards to National security in spring of 2009 in Washington D.C.
