2025 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 36th overall as the Vikings' sixth runner at the Lewis & Clark Opener (8/29), running the 5k in 16:23.43.
 

2025 OUTDOOR:

Ran his first 5k outdoors at the Pac-12 Open (5/10), finishing in 16:54.48...Shaved three-quarters of a second off his best in the 800 meters while finishing in 2:02.88 at the John Knight Twilight (4/11-12)...Set personal bests in the 800 (2:03.65) and 1,500 (4:10.18) meters at the L&C Electric Forest Opener (3/8).
 

2025 INDOOR:

Ranks 10th in the freshman record book in the 1,000 meters after finishing in 2:41.32 at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/26)...Ran the mile in 4:32.97 at the Mile City meet (1/18)...Made his season debut at the Spokane Invitational (12/14), running the 3k in 9:27.14.
 

2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

Ran as the Vikings' fifth runner at the NCAA West Regional (11/15), placing 204th overall while finishing the 10k in 35:37.5...Placed 65th overall as the Vikings' fifth runner at the Big Sky Championships (11/1), running the 8k in 26:08.8...Ran the 8k at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (10/11) in 27:22.10, placing 146th overall...Finished as the Vikings' third runner and 112th overall at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5), running the 8k in 26:25.4...Improved his personal best in the 6k from two weeks ago by more than 20 seconds, finishing in 19:59.3 at the Gator Cross (9/14)...Placed 62nd overall at the Linfield Harrier Classic (8/31), running the 6k in 20:22.35.
